The San Andreas State Government has announced today that Gareth Barr has been appointed the new CEO of Benny's Original Motorworks. After previous leadership stepped down, Gareth started working at Benny's about 8 months ago and has made his way up the ranks to Co-Owner and has been able to demonstrate his leadership capabilities.
Gareth’s commitment to strengthening the business, coupled with his dedication to Benny’s as a whole, was recognized by the Government and led to his appointment. In recent weeks, he has also demonstrated strong leadership potential, stepping up to guide the organization forward.
I interviewed Mr. Barr and he had the following to say:
What is your long-term vision for the company?
"We will continue to be a household name in the city."
What will be your top priorities in the first 12 months?
"Getting mechanics up to standard is important to me, and making sure that I'm looking out for the right person to be my co-owner."
How do you feel about being made CEO?
"It feels really good. I'm quite happy to see what we've got going forward."
What drew you to working at Benny's in the first place?
"The sense of belonging, it's like a family more than anything."
Is there anyone past or present that you'd like to shout out?
"I want to give a big thanks to Larry and Collie, they were a big help getting to where I am. Also a shout out to Myles Hart for the ridiculous amount of hours he does, and the hiring he does."
