David Deltiod & Alistair Vespucci arrested for Felony Fraud, Embezzlement, Forgery, and Racketeering.
This article details an investigation and subsequent dismantling of a fraudulent charity scheme, "Black Kids With Cancer And Aids" (BKWCAA) by the Los santos Police Department.
Read below the series of events for the investigation headed by Detective Mick Wegman, with support from Officer Drew Hollowell, which exposed a coordinated scam that deceived donors under the guise of charitable fundraising.
June 17th, 2025 - Scammers try to scam LSPD officer (and get played)
Officer Hollowell was approached by David Deltoid & Alistair Vespucci asking for donations for the above 'charity'.
They were asked for legitimate documentation but could not present any.
Officer Hollowell proceeded to make controlled donations to the pair.
They provided forged receipts to the officer.
The Business and Property Bureau confirmed to LSPD that there was no business registration for BKWCAA.
July 5th, 2025 - Bank search warrant
LSPD applied for a search warrant for bank records from June 16th–22nd, 2025.
Judge Sakaya Yukimura approved this search warrant.
Records showed $0 funds transferred to charitable causes, contrary to what Mr. Deltoid and Mr. Vespucci claimed.
July 27th, 2025 - Additional victims found
A second search warrant was applied for and approved, to increase the scope to find other potential victims.
Cortez Rivera, and Liam Loyd were identified as victims of this scam.
The total value scammed at this point is at least $40,000.
Conclusion
David Deltoid & Alistair Vespucci were charged with the following:
GF07 - Felony Fraud
GF09 - Embezzlement
GF12 - Forgery
GF18 - Racketeering
BLB04 - Operating Without Valid Documents

UPDATE: David Deltoid DENIES the scam!
In a Judicial Branch appeal, he has formally contested the charges mentioned above
He claims his six-month-old charity saves gravely ill children through unconventional methods, including helicopter rescues and overseas relocations.
He reports receiving over $200,000k in donations from unnamed donors, including a government official and Los Santos police officers.
He has attempted to detail financial records show every dollar allegedly spent appropriately.
Deltoid denies fraud allegations, portraying himself as targeted and proceeds to try request more funds from people.
